When one of my friends from playgroup contacted me about a family photo session, we quickly set a date to take advantage of the gorgeous weather we had here in south Georgia this past Thanksgiving weekend.  Not only is her 20 month old son adorably cute, he ALWAYS has a smile on his face.  He definitely acted his age and made me work hard for the hour and a half we were shooting… but just take a look and you’ll see it was totally worth chasing him around!  Thanks for a fun session!

This little cutie is a friend of my son.   With those big brown eyes, it’s easy to tell why he’s so smitten with her! We had a quick session together last week… thunder was booming and the sky threatened rain, but Ashley was a trooper!  It was great working with you!

My blog was feeling lonely since I haven’t had time to take on any new clients since moving.  To be honest, I am really starting to miss being behind the lens.  I’m hoping to have things settled within the next few weeks so I can jump back into business soon.

For the most part, we are loving springtime in Georgia!  The sunshine and warmth are heavenly!! However, I’ve never witnessed so many severe thunderstorms and Tornado warnings before!

But when the sun is out, it is gorgeous.  There is a small lake near the apartments where we are living for now and it is just beautiful at sunset.  I took these photos of my son out by the lake last week and wanted to share them with you.  Enjoy!
